The villa houses for rent are suitable for families or group up to 5 people. Apartments for rent are suitable for couples or group up to 3 people or 1 couple with 2 children.

The apartments and villa houses were built in 2005, and are located in a quiet residential area and only 8 minutes walk to the crystal waters of Afandou (Afantou) beach and the golf court of Rhodes Island and only 900 m from the centre of the village. Wind surfing, water sports facilities available at the beach.

Near by, you can visit Kolimbia or Kolymbia, a place started to develop only a few years ago, and the famous Faliraki area.

Car hire is recommended but not essential as there is a good bus service, and taxis are reasonable and can be quickly summoned. There is parking. The mini market, which sells just about everything, and the bus stop area 2 min walk away.

There is large private garden with olive trees, grass and flowers which is very suitable and safe for children with plenty of space to play. Outside there is a large sitting area with big tables large umbrellas and Barbeque pit. Guests can enjoy the use of pool and restaurant in the adjacent hotels.

You enter 4 tastefully modern luxurious furnished apartments and 2 houses. Air Condition is provided in each bedroom.
